Contributions from foody bloggers

I met Nancy over at the Sensitive Pantry on Twitter. She has some great recipes on her blog, and has agreed to include variations of her Rice & Artichoke Salad recipe in my recipe database. I've cooked it a couple of times myself. It's a really easy recipe, it's great for parties and potlucks, and it has been a popular dish every time I've made it.
